William has been teaching for 31 years in Wake County, having taught 4th and 5th grade during his career. He is currently teaching 4th grade at Holly Springs Elementary School. William holds a BA Degree in Elementary Education from UNCW and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from NC State. He is married to a fellow teacher and has two sons. William loves spending time with his family, reading, and art. “I joined CTA because they share my values in education. It is extremely important for educators to know that there is such a valuable organization as CTA.”
